The information on this website is provided for general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but event requirements vary and the website content should not be treated as a fixed quote, guarantee, or technical specification.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is only confirmed when Swift Lighting Solutions Limited confirms it in writing and any agreed deposit or booking payment has been received. Quotes are based on the information supplied at the time and may change if the scope, venue, access, timings, equipment, staffing, travel, weather, or safety requirements change.
We provide event lighting, venue lighting, event lighting, photography, videography, live streaming, drone photography and videography, stage hire, PA hire, and compere, presenter, or master of ceremonies services where agreed in writing. Most work is supplied as a staffed service, with our crew attending to set up, operate, supervise, or pack down equipment as required. Dry hire is not offered unless specifically agreed in writing.
You are responsible for giving accurate event information, including venue details, timings, access arrangements, power availability, site restrictions, expected audience size, contact details, and any permissions we need to know about. You must make sure we have safe access to the working area and that the venue is aware of the services being supplied.
Suitable access, setup time, working space, and power must be available unless we have agreed otherwise. If access, power, weather, venue rules, or site conditions prevent safe or practical delivery, we may need to adapt, delay, reduce, or stop part of the service.
Equipment supplied by Swift Lighting Solutions Limited remains our property unless a written agreement says otherwise. We may refuse to set up or operate equipment where we believe it would be unsafe, unlawful, or likely to damage people, property, equipment, or the venue. Clients, guests, performers, venues, and other suppliers must not move, alter, unplug, misuse, or interfere with our equipment without permission.
Drone photography and videography are always subject to suitable weather, site permission, airspace checks, operational safety, and applicable aviation rules. If a planned drone flight cannot be completed safely or legally, we may offer ground-based alternatives where practical.
Media delivery times, formats, edits, and usage rights should be agreed in the quote or booking confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, Swift Lighting Solutions Limited may use non-confidential event media for portfolio, website, and social media promotion. If an event or client needs privacy restrictions, this must be agreed in writing before the event.
Payment terms, deposits, balances, and due dates will be set out in the quote, invoice, or written booking confirmation. Late or unpaid invoices may affect future work and may result in recovery action where necessary.
Please tell us as early as possible if an event changes, is postponed, or is cancelled. Any costs already committed, such as staffing, planning, travel, specialist equipment, venue visits, or supplier costs, may still be chargeable. Specific cancellation or postponement terms may be set out in the quote or booking confirmation.
We are responsible for providing the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to us, venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, weather, power failure, third-party suppliers, audience behaviour, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
If something is not right, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can investigate and try to resolve it. Please include the event name, date, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless another written agreement applies.
These website terms are general working terms and should be checked against your final booking process, insurance, quote wording, and any solicitor-approved customer contract.
